The basics
What is Vireo?
Vireo is an AI manager for creators. Connect your accounts and it finds brands that fit you, reaches out on your behalf, and negotiates deals. You just approve the ones you want.
How does it work?
Connect your Gmail and TikTok. Vireo learns your audience, niche, and rates, builds your media kit, finds the right brands, and emails them for you. When a brand is interested, it negotiates the terms and brings the deal back for your yes.
Do I need a media kit already?
No. Vireo builds one for you from your connected accounts (your audience, your content, your rates), so you don’t have to make one.
Which platforms do you support?
At launch, Gmail and TikTok. More are on the way.
Who can use Vireo?
Creators aged 13 and up. If you’re 13–17, a parent or guardian needs to agree on your behalf, and age-restricted brand categories are automatically kept out of your opportunities.
Your Gmail and staying in control
Is it safe to connect my Gmail?
Yes. Vireo asks for only two permissions: read your mail, and send mail on your behalf. It can never modify, label, or delete anything in your inbox.
Can Vireo read all of my email?
Vireo’s software scans incoming messages only to spot sponsorship conversations. Only deal-related messages are stored so your agent has the full context to negotiate; your personal, non-deal email is never collected.
Does anyone at Vireo read my email?
No. The reading is done by software, not people. The only rare exceptions, like a security or legal matter, are spelled out in our Privacy Policy.
Does Vireo email brands for me?
Yes, and that is the point. By default Vireo drafts and sends outreach and negotiation messages on your behalf, from your connected account, so you are not the one writing emails. No deal is ever closed without you: once terms are settled it comes back for your decision, and you can accept, decline, or take over. You can review, edit, pause, or take over any conversation at any time. If you would rather approve every message before it sends, you can turn that on.
How is this different from a talent agency or manager?
A traditional agency takes a big cut and works on its own schedule. Vireo works around the clock, leaves the final call on every deal to you, and you keep 100% of what brands pay you.
Money
How do I get paid?
Brands pay you directly. Vireo never sits in the middle of your money and doesn’t take a cut of your deals.
Does Vireo cost anything?
Your first deal is free. After that Vireo is $50 a month, and you keep everything you earn from brands, so the subscription is all you pay us.
Your data and privacy
Do you sell my data or use it for ads?
Never. We don’t sell your information and we don’t show ads.
Do you use my emails to train AI?
No. Your Google data is never used to train generalized AI models. It’s used only to run your own Vireo experience.
Can I disconnect or delete my data?
Any time. You can disconnect Gmail or TikTok individually, which cuts off our access immediately, or delete your account entirely, and we honor deletion requests within 30 days. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
